Smart, durable design for long-term use

The unit benefits from an over-molded structural support in the wiper seal, helping maintain a tight seal and smooth retraction over years of operation. The riser spring is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring dependable pop-up action. A ratchet mechanism in the riser stem lets you fine-tune the spray direction after installation, making post-p setup adjustments straightforward without rework. An integral silt trap at the bottom of the can helps keep interior passages cleaner for longer between maintenance checks.

In addition, the spray body inlet uses standard 1/2-in. female pipe threads (FPT), compatible with Blu-Lock and Riser-Flex fittings, as well as 1/2-in. Schedule 80 PVC and cut-off risers. The adjustable-pattern nozzle is engineered to deliver uniform droplet sizes across a 0-to-360-degree arc, with a built-in filter and an adjustment screw that lets you reduce the spray pattern to 75% of its rated distance. A low-angle trajectory supports wind drift mitigation, contributing to more efficient water delivery in open spaces. This head is designed for outdoor irrigation use with cold water only.
