Order Processing Time
At PatioZora, we prioritize prompt order handling. All orders are processed within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard Shipping Time
Our standard delivery service covers the United States (USA) with an estimated delivery timeframe of 1–2 business days after order processing. Please allow extra time for remote or long-distance locations. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional carrier delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high shipping volumes.
Express Shipping Options
Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. These expedited methods provide quicker delivery for urgent needs. Rates for express shipping are calculated automatically based on your destination at the time of purchase. Please note that our standard shipping option is always free and does not require a minimum order amount.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package throughout its journey until delivery. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Rates
PatioZora offers free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Express shipping rates, if selected, are displayed and calculated at checkout based on delivery address and service level. There are no hidden fees or additional charges beyond those shown during purchase.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact PatioZora immediately at patiozora@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue so we can promptly investigate and resolve the situation. We work closely with our carriers to ensure satisfactory outcomes for our customers.
International Shipping
Currently, PatioZora ships exclusively within the United States (USA). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
