PatioZora Garden Return and Refund Policy

At PatioZora Garden, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality patio, lawn, and garden products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds in a straightforward and timely manner. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Return Window

Customers in the United States have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day you receive the item(s), during which you may return products for any reason.

Return Reasons and Seller Fault

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Incorrect Items Shipped: If we sent you the wrong item, we will gladly arrange a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost.
  • Missing Parts or Accessories: Notify us if your product is missing parts or accessories so we can address the issue promptly.
  • Other Issues Attributable to Us: Any problem caused by PatioZora Garden during processing or shipping will be resolved with your satisfaction in mind.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, provide photographic evidence to expedite the process.
  • Returns must be initiated within the applicable return window specified above.

Damages During Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning your item(s). PatioZora Garden cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during the return transit. We encourage you to package the items securely to prevent damage.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Products that show signs of use beyond inspection for defects may be refused for return.
  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or a different size or color, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.

Return Process

  • Contact us at patiozora@gmail.com to initiate the return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship the product to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
