Wind Chimes & Spinners

Longer, thicker tubes give a deeper, slower note. Short aluminum tubes ring higher and brighter, and bamboo and wood chimes make a soft, hollow clack instead of a ringing tone.

Wind spinners need open air on every side. Hang them clear of eaves, branches and walls, on a swivel hook so they can turn freely.

In very windy spots, take chimes in during storms. Most damage happens to the strike cord and hanging ring, not the tubes.
