This compact, panel-mount unit monitors your supply and automatically disconnects the load when voltage falls below a user-set cutoff. When power returns, the Smart Switch reliably reconnects, helping prevent deep battery discharge during extended outages.

Designed for a wide range of setups, the LVD module shines in solar arrays, security and alarm systems, UPS configurations, and mobile installations. Its 12–18V operating window and 30A rating cover many common battery-powered applications, from small solar chargers to remote monitoring equipment.

Control is straightforward. The unit offers a programmable Disconnect and Reconnect threshold, with the rocker switch in AUTO mode for automatic operation. If you need the output to stay ON or OFF in an emergency, there is an emergency ON or OFF option to override automatic behavior.

How it behaves is engineered for reliability. When the battery voltage drops to the Disconnect Value and remains at or below for five seconds, the load switches OFF. Conversely, once the voltage rises to the Reconnect Value and remains at or above for five seconds, the load returns to ON. This deliberate delay helps prevent false triggers in fluctuating conditions.

Implementation is aided by a microcontroller and MOSFET design that yields a very low on-resistance (less than 0.003 ohm), delivering precise voltage handling and a long-lasting switch output. Status is clearly communicated by green-red LED indicators, so you can verify the module's state at a glance.

Physical construction emphasizes durability. The LVD module uses a black ABS housing with a panel-mount form factor, designed to fit cleanly into equipment enclosures and control panels. Wiring is simplified by the compact layout, making it easy to plan safe connections to the battery, load, and common grounds.
