  5. Thread the T-bolt through the clamp and secure.
  6. Place the small washer onto the T-bolt.
  7. Place the larger washer and spring onto the barrel nut, align with the T-bolt, and tighten by hand until the clamp engages both flanges.
  8. Use a 7/8 in wrench to tighten, then tap around the exterior to seat the fit until the spring coils touch.
