Installation & Safety

1. Wait for the blade to stop completely and unplug the tool
2. Use a 1" wrench on the outer washer to secure the blade and prevent rotation
3. Withdraw the old blade, then replace with the new blade and washer
4. Place the washer on the shaft so the gasket hole aligns with the shaft
5. Install the blade on the shaft, then add the second washer and align planes
6. Thread the hex nut and tighten securely
