Grill Cookware, Baskets & Rotisseries

Baskets, woks, planchas, pizza stones and rotisserie kits are what turn a grill from a burger machine into a second kitchen — vegetables that no longer fall through the grate, whole birds that self-baste, pizza with a floor hot enough to actually crisp.

A rotisserie kit is three parts: motor, spit rod and forks. The rod's length and its cross-section — square or round — decide whether it seats in your grill's bracket, and the motor's rated capacity in pounds decides whether it can turn a turkey rather than a chicken.

Pizza stones want a long, slow preheat with the lid down; putting a cold stone over a running burner is the reliable way to crack one.
