BIHARNT 6CH-940 Spa Filter Cartridge – 45 sq ft, 2-Pack, SAE Thread, PWW50P3/Filbur FC-0359 Compatible

Overview

BIHARNT introduces the 6CH-940 Spa Filter Cartridge, a high-capacity replacement designed to fit a broad range of popular spa brands. This 45 sq ft cartridge is a two-pack, combining efficient filtration with straightforward maintenance. Its dimensions—8-1/4 inches long, 6 inches in diameter, with a bottom 1-1/2 inch SAE thread and a top circular handle—make it a practical swap for many standard filter housings. Note: brand names and part numbers referenced here belong to their respective owners; BIHARNT is an independent brand.

Smart filtration technology

The cartridge features trilobal filtration fabric paired with a 50-micron fine layer. The trilobal design increases the adsorption surface, helping capture a wide range of fine debris from hair and dust to sand and leaves. In real-world use, this can contribute to clearer spa water and may help reduce the frequency of chemical adjustments, depending on your setup.

• Three-fold surface area from trilobal fibers enhances capture efficiency.
• 50-micron layer targets fine particles for cleaner water.

Durability and ease of cleaning

Designed for frequent use, the built-in dirt-trapping structure holds debris securely while allowing quick rinsing. The filter uses thickened polyester fabric, a sturdy ABS end cap, and a reinforced core, which together boost durability and extend service life compared to standard cartridges.

• Strong construction resists wear and tear during routine cleans.
• Rinsing releases trapped debris with minimal effort.

Performance and support

Engineered for higher capacity and consistent flow, the 6CH-940 aims to sustain water clarity across spa cycles.
