Sunluway Febco 765 Repair Kit – 1-Inch & 1-1/4-Inch Backflow Preventer & Vacuum Breaker

If you manage an outdoor irrigation system, a failing backflow preventer can disrupt your watering routine. The Sunluway Febco 765 Repair Kit is crafted to refresh 1-inch and 1-1/4-inch Febco 765 EBV units and vacuum breakers, offering a practical path to restored performance without replacing the entire device. Expect components that align with the original design, with a focus on durability and ease of reassembly.

What’s inside and how it helps

• Bonnet & Poppet Assembly Kit to renew the valve core and seal areas for smoother operation.
• Check Valve Assembly with a metal guide, spring holder, and retainer for stronger, lasting backflow protection.
• Canopy Assembly Kit to shield the top portion and support straightforward servicing.

Durable materials and thoughtful design

• ABS and steel construction deliver a balanced combination of light weight and strength for outdoor use.
• Aluminum canopy with an anodized finish adds rugged protection without bulk, helping steady performance over time.
• Precisely sized components are compatible with Febco 765-1 and 765-1/4 models, simplifying replacement decisions.

In real-world setups, you might notice easier maintenance, quieter operation, and a more reliable restoration of water flow paths after service. While results vary by system and conditions, this kit presents a practical option to refresh key parts rather than replacing the entire device.

Tips for installation

Handle each component with care, avoid overtightening canopy fasteners, and follow standard safety practices for irrigation hardware. After reassembly, test the unit to confirm proper seating and operation before returning the system to service.
